Fear, anxiety, and uncertainty—what do you do when your heart is overwhelmed? This split session is designed to help women move from fear toward restored trust in God. As they grow in faith, they will learn to replace fear with confidence in His promises, allowing trust to flourish in their relationships and daily lives.

It reminds us that trials are not the end of our story, but opportunities for growth, deeper faith, and renewed hope.  In this session, we will look at Psalm 22 and how Christ gave us the most powerful example of how to endure our trials and allow them to bring God glory.

Reconciling Relationships
Relationships are one of God’s greatest gifts, but they can also be one of life’s biggest challenges. Whether it’s family, friendships, or church community, misunderstandings, hurt, and distance can creep in. God doesn’t call us to ignore conflict—He calls us to reconciliation which is more than just “making up.” It’s about restoring what was broken, healing hearts, and reflecting God’s love in how we treat one another.
 
Recapturing Stability when Feelings Run Wild
Scripture gives us instruction for healthy emotional control. In this session, learn to recognize emotional triggers, respond rather than react, renew your mind through God’s Word, and exercise humility and grace in emotionally challenging moments.
